The rules of the game when renting a set

Rules for renting a LEGO set

  1. Identification & customer file
A customer form is filled out for each new tenant. We also ask for a copy of your ID. This information is treated strictly confidentially and never passed on to third parties.

  2. Rental agreement
For each rental a rental agreement is drawn up. This agreement states:
    – The code of the rented set
    – The rental period
    – Your contact details
    – The rental price
    – The amount of the deposit

The agreement is drawn up in duplicate and signed by both parties. One copy is for the tenant, one for the landlord.

  1. Contents of the set
The LEGO set comes in a sealed box and contains:
    – Building instructions
    – Index of the bags/boxes
    – Rules of the game
    – A LEGO brick separator
    – All necessary blocks

  2. Reservations
Reservations can be made via email, WhatsApp or telephone. You will then receive an order confirmation with all necessary information.
A reservation is only final after receipt of payment.

When booking via the webshop, payment can be made via the linked payment system. In exceptional cases, payment via Payconiq is possible.

  1. Building instructions & usage
Never mix the rented bricks with your own LEGO.
    – Build in a separate and clean place.
    – Do not use knives, sharp objects or teeth when breaking down. Only use the supplied brick separator.
    – If you choose to dismantle the set yourself, sort according to the enclosed sorting instructions. Allow sufficient time for this process.

  2. Returning the set
    – If the set is not returned as agreed, the right to a refund of the deposit will lapse.
    – Each set is delivered according to an index. The bags/boxes are weighed before and after rental. Missing or damaged parts will be charged.
    – Is there a block missing during construction? Note this on the enclosed form.
    – If it concerns an essential part, please contact us by telephone immediately.
    – If upon return it turns out that a unique (non-replaceable) part is missing, the entire set will be charged.
    – Damage or incompleteness will be settled with the tenant.

  3. Late return
In case of late return, the standard weekly rent will be charged for each week started.

  4. Refund of the deposit
The deposit will be refunded to the account number you provided within 7 days after the end of the rental period.
